“I am very happy with this band. I am very unhappy that it took almost 4 months to get it. I know there were some extenuating circumstances, but the fact that I needed to contact Customer Service several times before I finally received my watchband, was totally unacceptable. I will have a very hard time recommending you to anyone with what I went through. The product is very good, but not the service.”
“I've given the 4* to the actual customer service crew, in truth. The band was not quite the correct fitment needed for the breitling timepiece, but the customer service I received made up for the shortfall and thereby the entire experience deserves the higher rating. The 4 instead of the 5 is simply that the strap was not the 'right' strap/style for the piece. -”
“Stamped leather, good enough for an inexpensive watch. Looks like it will hold up to the task. I would recommend. Should be offered with a deployment buckle option. Otherwise I Will probably make future purchases in the future.”
