“This was my first time dealing with Barton Watch Bands. I found their site very helpful and easy to use. The product I received was excellent quality, even to the packaging, and exactly as expected from the site.
HOWEVER I was blown away by the service I received afterwards. The strap I ordered was a fraction too big for my watch, my fault entirely. I contacted them to see about returning it and having it replaced and they responded by telling me that they would replace it free of charge and to keep the original and perhaps try to sell it for charity. The replacement strap was delivered in due course. OUTSTANDING”
