“The stitching around the buckle came loose within a week of use. I guess it's not a big deal, and I can probably fix it with some heavy duty thread and a needle, but to be honest I'd expect a little more from a $40 watch band.
Sent a perfectly friendly email to their customer service team to get their take on the issue and see if there was anything they could do. No reply after 3 days (the website says they'll respond within 2 business days). Chased them up, and the response was totally impersonal, simply saying that if I wanted to exchange it I could return the band at my own cost. I pointed out that since I'm in the UK this would cost me another $8. One-line response: "We do not cover the cost of exchanges or returns". Would expect better, especially from a company that promises: "Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to make every BARTON customer a customer for life." Well, not me - I'll stick with Zuludiver or Watchgecko from here on in, thanks.”
