“This is a beautiful strap. Unfortunately, the second time I put it on a watch, then tried to remove it, the "quick-release" tab broke off of the pin! This gave me no choice but to dig the pin out with a pin-removal tool -- and renders the strap useless. This is a shame. I should mention that I've bought at least half dozen quick-release straps from Barton, and this is the first time I've had a problem -- but this is a bad one. I will now find out what Barton's policy is about refunding my money in a case of a defective $42 strap.”
