“Barton Watch Bands customer service has really fallen off since they relocated from Austin to Dallas. I've ordered 10 - 12 bands from them while they were in Austin, always got what I ordered within 2-3 business days, standard shipping.
With this order, it took them two weeks and two days to ship one of the two bands I ordered, and nobody is responding to my inquiries as to when I will receive the second band. Upon ordering, I started getting spammed with promotional emails, usually 1 - 2 per day until I unsubscribed.
Don't know when I'll get my second band, the black silicone with black buckle. It's likely to become the band I install on my new watch. For now, I'm using the NATO style strap that came with My BigIDesign Ti black Solar watch, as it is less bulky than the Barton Watch Bands Elite Nylon Nato.”
