“Received one of the two straps I ordered. The one I received didn't fit my watch (strap was too thick). Also, the watch tool I received was bent. Tried to order replacements but customer service was so bad I just had them refund me for the strap I didn't get and I ate the cost of the other strap and the watch tool.
Ordered replacements from watchstrap tailor and was really impressed with quality. A smidge more expensive but way better quality and much better customer service.”
