“Love the products, the customer service process needs a lot to be desired, and I don't mean the call center you outsource to. When the message gets to home base in TX still nothing happens. Not only was my change order botched, then when I had t place a reorder I was told it was out of stock after (not before) I ordered it. Then I was told the shipment is on its way, which never came. Now after more than a month of what to me is a crazy order cycle I had to call you to say the back order was never filled. I got another notice that is telling me its setup. All I asked for was 2 things; #1 check to see if the product is really available (anyone can setup a shipping label that doesn't mean squat, and #2 ship it to me expeditied so we can track it you pay the $3 expedite fee. Now after you have the nerve to send me a how am I doing email I'll step it up to say why don;t you offer me an upgraded alternative that is in stock because this is going to cause you a whole lot more pain not to fix this than straightening me out and me writing a glowing review of how you turned a bad experience into a great experience. I'm waiting....”
“My regular watch is a stainless self-winding Rolex Datejust on a steel bracelet. However, when we go on vacation, I take a less expensive Bulova "battery" watch. It had a leather band which was always sweaty in the hot weather and barely reached the last hole in the band.
My new Jetson NATO style band is made of seat belt rugged nylon and in the past 2-3 weeks, I have had no problem in 80+ degree weather. I have an 8" wrist and the band closes on the second hole; it is very comfortable.
I found using a small needle nose plyers helped to pull the band through the pins.
For about 20 bucks I have a more functional and good looking watchband.
