“Despite the high price tag this watch band looked great online. Delivery took a very long time, but it finally arrived. I started using it but the leather ripped shortly after and I developed a rash because the leather is unable to manage the sweat from activity. I returned the product and Customer services promised a refund but after numerous friendly follow-up emails over 4 months, no replies and no refund. If you have an active watch then my advice would be to look elsewhere.”
