“Band itself is exceptional quality!
Unfortunately, "quick release" pins were NOT the correct MM size and were too short to remain in the watch pin holes. I removed them and re-used the old pins and wear the watch daily. I would purchase another band for sure but would confirm fit first if i needed to switch out the band with any frequency.”
“The Band is great. I have bought this before, however the customer service that this company used to have went from A Number one, to down the toilet. If there was a rating for that it would be below Zero!!! Hey Barton if you really care get your people back instead of the Answering Service and honor the Buy one get one free deal that I did not get because I could not contact you. No one calls back when the answering service tells you that you will get a call in 2-3 hours. Barton, you used to be great now you are down at the bottom of my list.”
