I was having difficulty measuring my old band with the measurement tool on the Barton web site—I immediately contacted Barton Watch bands via e-mail, and a helpful representative by the name of Clay responded to my e-mail and the picture I had sent of my old band and he sent me a new band at the size(22mm) he had determined would fit. I received the 22mm band two days later and it fit perfectly!!! So perfect that I plan on purchasing a rubber band for summertime use.”
