“Too Bad there isn't a zero stars rating....Barton has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have called several times... NO Answer. Then I have started a ticket NO RESPONSE. I then wrote an email NO RESPONSE. I all I wanted was to exchange a band I bought for my Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic. The Barton WebSite says what size to order I did and it doesn't fit. I would to exchange or get my money back. Neither can happen if they won't contact me. My Order# 87394310... I would suggest to anyone do not use this company. Get your watch band from somewhere else that cares about your business”

“This strap matched the one I was replacing almost perfectly. the only difference was that it lacked the coloured stitching I desired. for some reason, the extra long bands are not offered in coloured stitching. even so, I compensated for this deficiency by colouring the stitching with a red sharpie marker.”
