“I have a wrist watch with a big face and large numbers. I love it. I wear it everyday. And I never leave home for a long walk without it strapped to my wrist. I bought a new Barton wrist band before taking off for the 800-mile walk of El Camino Real de las Californias from Loreto Mexico to the California border. The leather wrist band held up beautifully through walls of cactus, through mountain crevices of lava rock, and mesquite-jungle arroyos.. I am making final preparations for a slow walk across America on the Old Spanish Trail, and I need a new watch band that will hold up for almost 3,000 miles.; this time I choose a sportier black leather band with orange stitching. Orange makes me happy. Walking makes me happy, And my new Barton watch band makes me happy, too.
