“The watch strap is ok, not as thick as the Fossil original. The biggest issue I had with this was poor communication, and not a quick delivery despite paying extra. Emailed to find out where the strap was, no answer. Wrote again a week later before finally getting an answer. I accept that Covid 19 has had an impact on the service but took 4 days to process order and then another week to go from NJ to NY. You also need to be aware that if in UK your £21 strap becomes expensive when you add on the quick delivery charge @ £5.70 then you will pay import duty £5.80 and a Royal Mail Service charge of £8.00 , therefore paying nearly £40 for strap. Barton say they make this clear at checkout so be aware. They refunded me £5 as a goodwill gesture and thank you for that. As above, the strap is wearing ok, leather on thin side but reasonable quality and colour is great.”
