“I am unable to review the product because I never received it, but since I keep getting asked to review my order, at least I can provide this. After 3 weeks, my order never shipped. After inquiring many times, someone finally blamed the fulfillment department and placed another order of the same item for me. This one never shipped either. After many more ignored emails, someone finally replied again blaming a glitch in their system that showed my orders shipped and got delivered, when the tracking they provided me clearly showed no progress and no delivery. And now they told me that the item is no longer in stock. So about a month later placing my order, I just asked for my money back and thankfully received a refund. I'm not sure what actually happened over there, but they provided me with the worst buying experience I have ever had online.”
