“Bought this a few months ago (maybe 6) as a gift for my 17 year old son, with whom I’m trying to share the “watch bug.” He was wearing a watch almost daily! It was great for both of us. Unfortunately, one of the pins failed and now the strap is no longer wearable. In all fairness, I never contacted Barton to see about a refund; partly because it had been 6 months, and because my son plays sports and is generally not very gentle with his belongings. I truly believe that Barton’s (if contacted) would’ve likely processed a replacement strap right away. They’ve been great to work with and I’ve bought many other bands and straps from them.”
