“I would like to revise my review after giving it 1 star which I am now changing to a 4 star. I spoke with a representative who was very sorry for the issues I was having and wanted to know how they could make things right. They sent the correct watch and immediately and only took 2 days to receive it. As for the additional band I wanted that was out of stock he explained that the in stock email I had received was sent inadvertently and that the band will be back in stock by the end of the month. I appreciate the customer service.
This would have been a great transaction if I had been sent the correct band. As it was it took a while to receive it. I was sent a white band and not a navy band with white stitching. I wrote to customer service a few days ago and have yet to hear back. Also, I wanted to purchase a different additional band which was out of stock. I was told as soon as it came back in I would be contacted. I was contacted and ordered it immediately only to be told it was out of stock. Very frustrating.”
