“So far, so good. Will need to see how it lasts over time. Selecting a band was easy, and shipment came in a timely manner. The band looks substantial and I expect it to hold up more than the Mall kiosk purchases I've made over the past few years.
While the band is sturdy, it is also fairly thick, and so it was challenging to get the pins into their holes on the watch . . . eventually, after about 30 minutes of struggling by hand and with glasses tools, I ended up cutting some of the watch band away from the pin areas, to allow the pins to get close enough to the holes in the watch to lock into place. So, I'm enjoying my modified leather watch band, and will perhaps update this later on.”
