“A few weeks ago I ordered two black watch bands. I was sent two brown bands by mistake. When I informed the company of this I was told they would send two black bands to me asap. Today I received the two replacement bands...they are also BROWN! I guess I'll never get the black bands I ordered. The quality seem good but whoever handles their shipping is sloppy and inattentive.”
“I exchanged it because I ordered the wrong size and it didn't look as good as I thought it was going to. Got the black sail cloth 20mm strap instead. Good, comfortable strap.”
