“I ordered this band on 4/21/21 and received notification that it was ready to ship 4/22/21. The USPS tracking number said the shipping label was created but the package was never received by the USPS to ship.
I contacted Barton on 5/2/21 to inquire what happened to this order, and they said they'd reorder the band for me. I received notification of the order on 5/3/21 and the USPS tracking number again said the shipping label was created but the package was never received by the USPS to ship.
I again contacted Barton on 5/13/21 to find out what happened to this new order and to ask them to cancel it as I was going to dispute it with my credit card. Barton customer service responded to say they would refund my payment, and I received confirmation 5/14/21 that they did so. But my credit card has yet to show that this refund has been made, so I have disputed this charge with my credit card.
I will never order from Barton again.”
