“As it turns out, the standard band was too small for my wrist... not sure why, I always thought my wrists were average for a man’s wrist. Barton did not carry the long band for the weathered brown leather band in 19mm. I sent them an email according to their return policy and a replacement band of my choice was mailed to me no questions asked with directions to return the other band. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and products are of superior quality. My only regret is that I wish that Barton carried all of their bands in the long version... that is why I rated my experience at a 4.”
