“Received my watch band today and it is perfect. You have work hard to keep me updated on the band status. Thank you again for the quality of the watch band. Color was perfect and everything else on the band was as I requested.”
“I ordered this watch band from Barton and when I opened the box the 2 leather strap pieces didn't match in shade of leather. The buckle piece was a lighter shade of brown than the strap piece with the holes in it. I called customer service and they sent a replacement watch band a week later. Opened the box and the same situation; the 2 strap pieces didn't match. I have returned both watch bands and requested a refund. It would have been a decent-looking watch band had the 2 pieces matched. Poor in-house quality control.”
