“My third purchase overall, the second didn't go entirely as planned due to my own fault. I ordered the wrong width based upon some incorrect information given to me online which pertained to a watch I had just purchased. The watch originally came with a rubber strap, I wanted to change it.
I contacted Barton about my mistake and they immediately refunded my purchase price and took me at my word that I would return the non-used strap which I had purchased. That is superior customer service! I have now ordered what I believe to be the correct width and am looking forward to receiving it shortly.
