“The band, when it finally arrived, was fine. However, it took a long time for it to arrive. My many efforts to reach the company's customer service by phone, email, voice mail and text were completely unsuccessful. The company never answered the phone, nor did they respond to messages sent and left per their automated system's instructions. I will not do business with them again because of their absence of response and customer service.”
