“I actually love this watch band, I'm very happy with it, it goes beautifully with the Orient mako blue dial that I have it on. However, it was supposed to be delivered with a rubber on strap together about 2 weeks ago, and the other strap never showed up. Customer service has just said that they don't have any control over delivery. So this would be a five-star review if I got both straps, but I'm giving them -4 for poor customer service. I've actually emailed them twice about this. I suspect that may never actually get the second watch band that I ordered.”
