“1 star for customer satisfaction. I bought a leather strap, it's fine, exactly what you expect from a leather strap. nothing more to say, it's just a watch strap. BUT! Right after my email was bombarded with all sorts of marketing spam and BS from Barton Watch Bands. One purchase -> 7 emails. SEVEN! WTF?! How to improve: - Send only one email as a purchase confirmation - Request explicit consent for sending marketing emails, DO NOT subscribe customers by default! - (if not possible in the initial email) Send another email later with delivery information, tracking number and expected time of delivery”

“The leather is more of a suede than smooth leather like their other options. Color very very light too, lighter than it appears. May return.”

“The watchband I received looked nothing like the one pictured here. I was really concerned because I have bought a lot of bands from you and have never had this issue with color! I’m really disappointed with it and am not sure if I buy anymore. I wanted a darker band like like the one pictured here and the one you sent was a very light tan. Disappointed Ray”
