“I made a purchase around June 24. Never received the watch band despite getting notification that a USPS shipping label had been created. Customer service said they would ship another in it's place. July 14, same status on this one about shipping label created and still have not received either watch band. I like in the same city as their headquarters. No watch bands and not good follow up when I reach out to customer service for details. help!”

“I'd love to write a glowing review, but you see, I ordered in mid June and never received the band. Customer service said they would reship a new band July 1. Today is July 8 and still nothing. Even though it says a shipping lable was created in Austin, TX - where I live! Not impressed so far.”
