“I’m giving this a 5 based on their customer service, I accidentally ordered a size too large and their service department had it figured out and shipped in less than two weeks. The band is lovely and breathes well, the nylon came a little stiff, but it has broken in beautifully. The only thing that I will say is that the band is made with only one strap for retaining the excess watch band, and I think it would benefit from a second.
All I can say is that I am blown away by their service and intend to order more of their products in the future!”
“All in all, pretty good. I like the simplicity—nylon straps that are designed to protect your skin from the watch (I guess that’s the point) have too many metal doodads for my taste. The band itself is actually thicker and stiffer than I expected. I hope the two little bands that are crucial for keeping if from flopping around will last as long as the rest of it (or a year or so, at least).”
