Buy multiple bands to compliment your wardrobe and swap in seconds. All widths (18mm, 20mm or 22mm) fit all wrist circumferences. To determine proper width for your watch, measure lug width where current band attaches. No need to remove spring bars (pins) to swap - Simply feed strap from top between spring bar and watch casing, behind watch head and up through the other spring bar. Run through stainless steel ring on short strap to secure watch head. If you wish to trim the length, cut as desired and expose cut end to a match or lighter flame to avoid fraying.

“I’m wearing the band on a Seiko 5. Got rid of that metal band and this band fits the watch perfectly. It’s been wet in the salt water a few times and holds up great. It will hold up as good as mil spec watch bands I’ve put to the test under real conditions.”

“So I purchased the Ballistic Nylon NATO band in Chocolate Brown, and it's pretty great. Not scratchy like many NATO bands are, and looks great with my Timex Expedition Chrono. Also, I have slightly smaller wrists, and it fits perfectly! I would say, though, I totally forgot that nylon takes a little bit to dry after getting wet, and sometimes if I am sweaty, it does get a tiny bit rough, but that's nothing to warrant taking a star off, I just have slightly more sensitive skin. Have taken it hiking and wear it to work (I work with pizza), and even though it gets dirty, just put it into a pocket of pants and wash it in the washer, and you should be fine. I even forgot to take it out of the dryer and nothing bad happened to it–this is a quality band! I like it so much that I plan on ordering a leather band for dressing up, and a silicone band that I keep hearing is super comfortable. Over all, very worth it!”
