Each package contains four stainless steel 1.8mm diameter quick release spring bars, which can be inserted or removed without using a tool. Simply slide lever with finger to insert or remove from watch. Great for NATO style straps and as replacements in bands designed for use quick release spring bars.

“I bought quick release spring bars so I could switch between bands of my new Breitling but on of the bands is a synthetic rubber material and the bar would not fit in to the hole without cutting it, so I ended up not being able to use them. I looks like a good product and a good idea but not for me.”
