“Originally, I recieved the wrong size 20. It was my mistake, but I emailed the returns rep. and he sent the correct size right away without any hesitation. The watch stap looks great and I was really happy, but I find that the watch is harder to put on than with the original watch strap. I find that sliding the loops up to secure straps not as easy than my original strap that came with the watch. Other than that it's quite nice, looks lovely and the price is quite reasonable.”
