“The band looks like good quality but something happened during the ordering process and the 42mm was added to my cart instead of the 46. I emailed immediately but never got a response and the order wasn't changed. Ordered something else from Amazon.”

Then when I sent an email asking to return it, they never got back to me, though they did ask me to fill out this survey, so I guess they wanted me to complain to someone else.”
