“I'm dissapointed with our communication. After placing my order, I realized that you were using my Florida address and I immediatley emailed you back requesting an address change. Not only could I not find an option to do it on line, and not finding a phone # to call, no one ever returned my message. Very dissapointed.”

“The buckle is sharp and uncomfortable agaist my wirst. The texture on the underside of the strap is rough and feels sticky. The logo on the underside of the starp is large and recessed and collects dirt and gunk. The spring bar is not long enough and pulls out of my watch lugs. And there's no posted strap length, just long and short, so you have to guess.”
