“The first band I ordered was ordered in error and didn't fit but I'm not sure of it was me or the checkout procedure itself. Barton made it right though and I received the correct band a few days later. The hole spacing is farther apart than the OEM band making it fit ever so slightly different but the more distant spacing means more material between the holes making it a little more durable and less prone to tearing between the holes. The silicone feels great and the buckle seems to be very durable. This will be my go to brand going forward.”

“I have still not received this as it was written on the invoice that this was 'backordered'! I received the grey strap and this is perfectly fine! Would appreciate my complete order ASAP!”

“The reason why I gave it a 1 is because I haven’t received it yet. Barton charged me for it ( I even paid for expedited shipping) and their own records show that it shipped however they never sent the band. Their packing slip has someone’s handwriting saying it’s on back order. Please communicate within your own company and respond to customers emails accordingly.”
