“I really like this watchband, and have purchased several. However, I now buy them two at a time as they are not very durable. One problem is that the second loop works it way around the band; sometimes it is upside down even. So, before you know it, it has torn, and since neither are fused in place, the remaining one works its way down and before you know it, the tail end of the band is flapping around.

Quick response to my email query, and he pulled up my ordering history and was able to tell me what size I needed to order based on previous.
