“Even though their Chocolate Brown watch was actually olive green, I still give them 4 stars due to the excellent customer service. When I received the first band, I emailed customer service to tell them it was the wrong color. Martin emailed back quickly saying the correct color was on its way. When I received the 2nd band [ olive green again], I contacted customer service and Jermey had my refund processed that day. Wish things could of worked out cause it is very rare that customer service is that professional!!”
