2021. I was told it was on backorder I was given a new order number to replace the 1st missing item. On 6.25.2021 I received another email stating a shipment was coming. I emailed again on 7.30.2021 that I still had not received my band and would like a store credit so I could buy a different band that wasn't on backorder. I received another reply that another order had been submitted and an order number was created 8.2.2021. Fast forward to today. Over 2 months later. Still no band that I paid for. Then today I get an email to write a review about this band I've been waiting on now for 2 months. Very frustrated. Just want a credit and I'll buy a more expensive band.”
