“The quality of manufacture and component interoperability seems great, just like my previous Barton watch band. However, the color and style make it look cheap and plasticky (sp?). I liked my older Barton orange watch band with black backside much better. Can I return this one and pay the difference to get the nicer orange and black band?
Guess what? Barton refunded my purchase no questions asked. Now I will buy the Barton watch band I really want. Bravo Barton!”
“We ordered a watchband and when it didn’t arrive after a number of months, Barton immediately refunded our money and said we could keep the band if it arrived. This was very decent as it’s delivery delay was beyond their control due to COVID-19. When the postal service gets back to normal in Australia in the future, we will be very happy to order through Barton again.”
