“Ordered this band, but never received! Contacted customer service and new orders were placed, however, the person who packed the orders did not pay ANY attention to the product code or product name and a “rally” band was sent to me in error, not once, but TWICE!! After the 3rd time I called customer service and relayed I got the incorrect band AGAIN, I think they gave up and then refunded my band order. I’m hesitant on ordering again fearing the same thing will happen all over. Does “look” like a nice band. Sure wish I had received what I ordered.”
