“I commenced this process approximately a month ago and ordered a 22 mm black horween racing band. When it arrived, the pegs (I am not sure what they are actually called) were too small. I telephoned and was told to send it back and get a 24 mm.
After approximately 10 days I received a 24 mm BROWN horween racing band. Hence, we had to wait longer. Today, I received a BLACK horween RALLY band.
It appears that the 24 mm is too large and I need a 23 mm. However, if I am unable to get the band I requested—BLACK RACING HORWEEN, I would ask that you just credit my card.
This has been very frustrating and I have been unable to wear my favorite watch for the better parent of a month.
I will be sending ALL of the bands back at this time.”
