“Won’t be using Barton again. At first my band never shipped. Tried calling 20 times. No answer. No answer to emails or voicemails. Finally disputed charges with my bank, got refunded. Then Barton reaches out to say that they have been having trouble and my band will be shipped. I told them to keep it. It shipped anyway and they told me to just keep it. I won’t use it strictly on principle but I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. Quality is not very good. I would have sent it back and bought a different model had they just answered the phone. Not sure why you publish a phone number and then never answer it or return calls after numerous messages are left.”
