“Black | Rally Horween Leather 20mm has never been shipped and its been two weeks, had to contact customer service and will need to wait 14 business days and contact them again.
After two weeks it would have been nice if they contacted me they claim to check daily on items not shipped but they missed this one plus a second order did not ship so two orders, two week wait and I need to check back with them again. Seems like I am working for customer service not them.
I have ordered many times from Barton had great service but two botched orders and the poor emails received from CS after contacting them this will be my last order.
