“Has never been shipped and its been two weeks had to contact customer service and will need to wait 14 business days and contact them again.
After two weeks it would have been nice if they contacted me they claim to check daily on items not shipped but they missed this one plus a second order did not ship so two orxers two week wait and I need to check back with them again. Seems li,e I am working for customer service not them.
I have ordered many times from Barton had great service but two botched orders and the poor emails received from CS after contacting the this will be my last order.

“Barton watch bands are of a very high grade leather for the price point. I have several bands - a couple just for changing up the look and style of a single watch. Barton straps instantly upgrade the look of modest watches. They are not overwhelmed with high end watches either. I have a couple for a Timex Weekender and a couple for vintage Rolex and Longines. They look great and they function as advertised - quickly and easily attachable and easy to remove.
Most impressive is the customer service that I have experienced as a consumer. As a UX professional, I can tell you that my user experience with Barton's has been exceptional. Fast to respond, quick to offer a solution, and eager to see me satisfied with no further costs to me. I'll be buying quick release straps from them for a long time.”
“I absolutely LOVE this band. The only issue is that it is not available in a Long Strap and as such, it does not fit me. I would buy this is others within the collection if they were offered in LONG.”
