“An absolute joke. After paying extra for first class shipping twelve days ago I still have not received the product. After paying 40+ dollars for a premium watch band and then paying extra for shipping this is not the customer experience I was expecting, but clearly there was a misrepresentation of services provided by the website. I don’t see how Barton can justify charging more for shipping if they are going to use a consistently underperforming courtier. Barton Bands will be a waste of money until their paid shipping options come from reliable carriers like UPS or FedEx. I’d love to say I’m anything other than disappointed.”
