“This is a great strap. The materials and construction are very high quality, especially at this price. The leather backing is comfortable against the wrist and the sailcloth material looks great. The strap is a bit stiff at first but softens up after some wear. The quick-release spring bars are great for quick strap changes. I would love a version of this strap where the padding tapered from thick at the watch end to thinner (or none at all) at the clasp end of the straps. I also wish the strap came in a short version since my 6.5" wrist puts me in the second-to-smallest hole and leaves quite a bit of extra strap hanging out.”
“Website needs further development to offer more clarity of language, less hyperbole. It leaves much ambiguity in respect to response times (which aren't great) when placing an order, and the over-the-top language is simply distracting, off-putting. I almost canceled my order, thinking this may be a scam. Maybe written by bots? Try using humans, if so.”

“Unfortunately I cannot say that I am impressed with the quality of the watch band. I have worn it for one day and the material on the band where the perforated punches are made to adjust the band are already starting to pull out from the punches. Also the second small band near the clasp was poorly sewn and it is not comfortable on my wrist. I will be returning this item for a refund I’m sorry to say”

“Buying from Barton is allways a pleasure (though shipping times have been slightly affected by covid, naturally..). I have several bands from them, and the quality is usually up to par. Strap comes in a little stiff, but do not worry, it will be easily pliable after a couple of uses. Texture is very nice (got the black one)! My only gripe is that the keepers on my strap has frayed severely on the edges. Not sure if this has anything to with the direction on the texture on the keepers, as opposed to the strap itself or if it is just much more exposed to wear and tear. I have "solved" this by using a lighter to burn the edges clean again. Hopefully this will do the trick for me.”
