“DO BOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought this and another strap. It never arrived and I have been unable to contact anyone from Barton despite emails and phone calls. The package arrived at a UK airport but due to a some issue with Bartons account number with DHL it got returned to sender. It never made it out of the airport. They have taken my money and I have no watch straps.”

“It’s difficult to write a review about a product that never arrived. I ordered it back in November for a Christmas gift. It’s now January and my father didn’t receive his gift. Due to COVID delays, it was too late to order him something else online in time. My sister ordered 3 for family members and they also never arrived.”
