“I ordered this strap in 24mm and received the wrong size (23mm). Not a big deal, at first. They quickly shipped me a replacement, but sent me the wrong 23mm size 3 times in a row. I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t seem to get the strap I ordered, even after repeated emails and pictures sent showing the incorrect strap size sent. I likely won’t be buying direct from Barton again…
