“This is my second tropic strap purchase. The first was a 20mm. This 22mm is much more flexible than the first and this is welcome. I need a black 22mm as well and hope it will be back in stock soon. I also hope it will be as flexible and comfortable as this one is. The keeper stop is a great addition to these straps also. All in all a very nice and functional tropic type strap and worthy of consideration if the need arises.”
“I wanted to give it 5 stars but just couldn’t convince myself to do so. I own quite a few of Barton’s elite silicone watch straps so when Barton came out with tropic style strap I thought it was going to be peerless as their elite silicone straps. Well, it almost is, except that the tropic style’s material is so much stiffer than their elite silicone straps. Not only is it kind of rough to the touch, it is also a bit more difficult to put on and take off due to its stiffness. I would give it Six Stars (out of 5) if the strap’s material can be reformulated to have a stiffness of somewhere between the tropical style and elite silicone straps!”
