I'd prefer to mention the 'above and beyond the call' level of customer care I received from your colleague Steve, who granted and expedited an outside-of-time-limit return and then an exchange for a different pair which had some aesthetic issues. He was prompt, professional and demonstrated what customer care should and indeed used to be like. While some of the shoes had some minor issues, Steve's attitude and actions did not. Thank you. “Love these shoes. They're so comformatbel right out of the box, they look great and they shine forever. TBH they repalce a previous model Tan brouge which was also Hi Shine that I've worn to death - they have about 3 more wears left in them! Not a cheap shoe but gret vlaue for mney and yo have to pay much more to get a bit better. These are my go-to brand now!”
“This is the 3rd pair of Base London Hi Shine shoes that I have bought. In fact, the reason I bought this pair was my first pair I bought 4 plus years ago, ran out of tread on the sole. So pair number 2 is not my main pair and this is my go-to going out pair.
