I ordered a gift basket for family for a funeral and they couldn’t deliver it for some reason. I contacted customer service and even gave them the neighbor’s information as back up. A week later never heard anything and followed up. They gave me a lame excuse about that it was over the holiday but I placed the order to be delivered on 12/21. The shipping says it was sent to somewhere in Cork, but there are only 300 people in the town my family is in—most were at the funeral—and if anyone in the town received it, it would have found its way to them. Customer service was useless and said it was delivered (never mind to elsewhere) so they could not refund me. I’m currently fighting the charges with my credit card and feeling awful I couldn’t show my support to my family abroad during their grieving. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Hi Liz. Very disappointed, but not surprised, to receive your review. You know perfectly well that you provided the wrong address, together with a non functioning phone number making it impossible for anyone at our end to make contact with the intended recipients. You also know that we did our best to help by communicating with the courier company as soon as you made us aware of your mistake on Friday 23rd on Friday. And that there was very little possibility of the change being able to be made, given that it was the day before Christmas Eve. You also know that the gift was delivered to a property close to the address you meant to send it to, and was retrievable. However this wasn't good enough, as your family who were visiting for the funeral, had left the country. You would rather instigate a credit card charge back, act in an incredibly rude and unprofessional way to the staff members who tried to assist you, and write a false account of your experience. Congratulations, and good luck to you in the future.
