My main issue is that when clamping down on my Rhino roof rack the shape of the clamping mechanism is quite different to the shape of the Rhino roof rack. The contact surface area is not as big as I would like it.”
“We use this mount for our Nereus 1 - 3.7m Sit on Top Kayak, mounts OK.
The straps that come with the mount are barely up to the job tho, Go grab some ratchet tie down straps instead.
Also note the protective rubber covers can come off when driving without load. Don't forget to take those off !
Otherwise, no complaints, it does the job well.”
